2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our Apps on your personal mobile devices
• Use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features and content available through the Apps

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile our Apps
• Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Apps

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Kazuo Corporation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Bible translations are used under license from their respective publishers.

5. User Content

If our Apps allow you to submit, upload, or share content (such as prayer notes or study reflections), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving our Apps. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.

6. Subscriptions

Passage offers a subscription for full access to Bible study plans, lock screen widgets, and Chat. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically depending on your selected plan. You can cancel any time through your store account settings before the next billing cycle.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

8. Spiritual Content Disclaimer

Passage provides Bible content, devotionals, and AI-generated responses for personal spiritual study and encouragement. While we strive for accuracy and reverence, AI-generated answers in features such as "Ask the Bible" or Chat are not a substitute for the guidance of a pastor, qualified counselor, or medical/mental-health professional. Please use prayerful discernment and seek appropriate guidance for personal, theological, medical, or mental-health decisions.

9. Disclaimers

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazuo Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. App Store Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Kazuo Corporation only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Your use of our Apps must comply with the App Store's or Google Play's Terms of Service.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Apps at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
